Your disclosure center
A simple reference for the disclosures Pintanstic can carry into your affiliate workflow and the disclosures you may still need to make yourself.
Required Associate identification
Amazon's Operating Agreement requires Associates to clearly and prominently identify themselves as an Associate. Pintanstic uses this standard statement in the publishing workflow:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
For social-media content, Amazon also expects a clear link-level disclosure near the affiliate recommendation or link.
Keep affiliate disclosures clear and easy to notice
Examples Amazon gives for a clear link-level disclosure include (paid link), #ad, or #CommissionsEarned. The disclosure should appear close to the affiliate link or recommendation rather than being hidden on a separate legal page.
Disclose other material relationships too
If you received a free or discounted product, payment, sponsorship, or another benefit from a brand, that relationship may require its own clear disclosure. An Amazon affiliate disclosure does not automatically cover a separate brand relationship.
Independent service
Pintanstic is an independent automation service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon or Pinterest. Amazon, Amazon Associates, Pinterest, and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Review your own account and platform requirements
Pintanstic can help carry disclosures into your workflow, but each customer remains responsible for complying with their Amazon Associates account terms, FTC endorsement requirements, Pinterest rules, brand agreements, and any other laws or platform policies that apply to their content.
