When you create or use a Pintanstic account, we may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account preferences, Amazon Tracking ID, product ASINs and other information required to operate your Pinterest publishing workflow.
For Pintanstic Business accounts, we may also collect company and brand information you provide, including business and brand names, websites, brand descriptions, target audiences, brand voice and tone information, logo guidance, reference images, product ASINs, Pinterest board selections, Amazon connection information and other brand settings used to provide the service.
If you choose Amazon API Setup, you may provide Amazon API credentials through the account connection process. Pintanstic does not ask you to provide your Amazon account password. Connection credentials and authorization information are used only as needed to operate the integrations and workflows you configure.
We use your information to create and manage your account, manage individual brands within Business accounts, prepare product data, generate and schedule Pinterest content, maintain brand-specific publishing settings, manage plan allowances, provide customer support, maintain service security and improve Pintanstic.
For Business accounts, information supplied for one brand may be used to create and manage content and connections for that brand. Pintanstic is designed to keep brand-specific settings and connections associated with the relevant brand within the Business account.
Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. Pintanstic may receive and store subscription status, plan information, the number of active brands, billing-period information and transaction identifiers needed to manage your account. We do not store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew based on the applicable billing period. If you cancel a paid subscription, we may retain subscription status and cancellation information as needed to stop future renewals, provide access through the end of the current paid billing period, maintain account records and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Pintanstic may connect with third-party services such as Amazon, Pinterest and our payment provider in order to deliver the service. Individual accounts and individual brands within a Business account may use different third-party accounts, boards, tracking IDs, credentials or authorizations. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may use cookies, session data and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember preferences and operate the website.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account information, brand information and connection credentials from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and brand information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, administer active or canceled subscriptions and brands, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When a brand or account is removed, certain information may be deleted, anonymized or retained where reasonably necessary for security, billing, legal or recordkeeping purposes.
You may update certain account and brand information through your Pintanstic account or contact us for assistance with your personal information. You may also cancel a paid subscription through the applicable account or billing controls.
Pintanstic is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
